These lists are the best *free* source of support that I know of. You 
can search the List archives (another great resource) from the top of 
any Yellow Dag Linux page:

<http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/support/>

or by going to Google and typing in the search box:

"<keywords> site:terrasoftsolutions.com"

without the quotes.

The folks at Terra Soft do offer *paid* support, but I do not have any 
experience with that.
