Best Mac for Yellow Dog?

The best mac for YDL is one that loads the gui installer, maintains
XF86Config configuration after the initial reboot and once it reboots
after intall finds all of your pertinent hardware.

PS.  I have a dream!  That one day all macs will be YDL compatible,
that they will be judged by their ability to run YDL and not the
amount of memory they are missing.  Yes, I have a dream.....
