That glob probably got expanded by the shell, try "yum install 'rpm*'"
instead, should work IIRC.

In theory, the above two lines aren't related. The user/group issue will
get annoying for people installing your rebuilt package, but it shouldn't
be the cause of the bad exit status. Probably some missing files, look a
little higher in your build output.
