[ydl-gen] ydl5 kernel compilation on PS3

I have rebuild the YDL kernel on a PS3, to enable the huge table support for some
of the demos on the IBM SDK. Been 4 months since then. This was on the November
or early December release of the PS3 iso, and the source for the kernel was in the
iso as a srpm image. That was the missing step, the 2.6.17 kernel I grabbed from
TSS wasn't the right kernel source.
Wish I could remember more, I've got some email traffic on my home computer about
the steps I took going back and forth with TSS, but we just moved and have no
net access from home.
Rob

PS3 YDL uses kboot instead of yaboot, and since Amos
mentioned /etc/kboot.conf, and other kboot things, I think he has that
bit sussed out.
I have not tried a YDL kernel recompile yet, but it's on my TODO, so I
can't really offer any words of advice right now.
