[ydl-gen] New Daylight Savings Time

Dear Owen,

       Sorry to be a pain, but in YDL 3 I was getting errors when trying to
install from that directory using YUM, could you tell me the simplest way to
install the RPM for Yellow Dog Linux 3.x please? Thank you in advance!
