YDL 2.1 and Farallon 10/100 network cards

I'm running YDL2.1 on a Motorola StarMax 5500/200 clone with no problems,
save for one:
My NIC is a Farallon Fast Ether TX-10/100 PCI card, and YDL refuses to
recognize it. How do I go about getting this card recognized?
