Just delete the swap disk, boot disc and normal working disk you use for
Linux. My assumption is that these partitions have corrupt data on them and
that deleting the partitions will allow you to overwrite the bad data.

You don't need to get rid of any other partitions like the Mac partition.

Then reboot and create new partitions. Set the boot partition to 100MB.

This plan worked for me.
