The apt-get program has a file called '/etc/apt/sources.list' that
points to the appropriate directories on various servers. Under the
"update" section of that file, the program is set to the 2.2 directory.
It needs to be changed to 2.3.

So fire up a terminal session, log in as root, type pico /etc/apt/sources.list
then change those numbers. After that, the fix on
http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/resources/errata/YDU-20020726-1.txt
should work as advertised.

Whew!
