Boot_X Installer and 8500 won't install

Hi

I have got as far as using the Boot_X_Installer on an 8500 running OS 9. Th=
e
installer runs as far as 104 items and then stops with the following
message;

=B3Could not locate a match for a search specified by this installer.
Installation cannot continue=B2

I have reformatted the disks, reinstalled the System software, Zapped PRAM
and probably a few other things I've forgotten. Any help gratefully
appreciated.
