AppleTalk? Print Server?

Am I dreaming or is this possible via YDL 2.3

a) Connect to other macs running OS9.2.2/9.1 and share files.

b) Set up the YDL machine as a Print Server for an Epson printer (9000 or
5000)
that could either be connected via network or direct to YDL Workstation.

If so, can someone point me in the direction.... of directions, or suggest
a book that
may help?
