Installing on a PPC 5400/180

I'm pretty sure using YDL on an older Mac WOULD require that you install the 
Mac OS first.  The dual boot program actually runs from the Mac side I 
think.  Try using the Mac OS CD and hold the C key down when you power 
up....go from there.
