Problems from processor to booting... Need guidence

YDL Are working on the problem with the powerbook processor speed (see **):-

* You may download unsupported, beta drivers here that may work with your soft 
modem.

** Currently there is a CPU misconfiguration which may force your laptop to run 
at slower speeds in Linux than it is capable. A fix is in the works.
