I found out that after I did an install of PytQt-devel that it fixed the Qt problem. I now have a KDE problem and not sure how to fix this problem. checking for KDE... configure: error: in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail. So, check this please and use another prefix!
