Two questions, unrelated

As regards to your second question oddly enough rmdir removes EMPTY
directories.  The linux command I use for removing directories which has
stuff in them is:

rm -fr directoryname

Regarding your first question mol is one of a handful of programs that
because they run within YDL and ppc (by definition) it doesn't matter
which file you download (as long as you have the correct program to
uncompress it) -- as long as the version numbers are the same.

You may note for instance the .tgz file does not end with -3; that means
that that file is an earlier version and the other versions ending with
-3 are most current.
