Hi Clint;

Thanks for the response.

When I did the install originally, it didn't seem to mind that
I used capitals in both my name and one of the passwords.
The other password it asked for was all in small letters.

Have tried entering everything in small letters and ... no joy.

Does this mean that perhaps the machine 'thinks' it is supposed
to be recieving a password that the current bit of software refuses
to accept...thus meaning there is no workable password for this
particular install?
