Rather than do a minimum install and then a full install over that,
why not first gather what solid and reliable information you can from
these discussions and other references? Make sure you are clear
regarding the details of each step, as well as the details regarding
the hardware (cables, Monitors, etc.) then after all that then you
should be prepared to do the install right the first time.

Approach the entire process as though you were preparing a seven
course meal; with attention to detail of each step you'll waste less
time and increase your chances of a successful meal or installation
the best way possible the first time.

The attention to detail is not impossible, but a some may find it
more challenging than others. So collect the information you need,
get advice from here and elsewhere -- make notes, develop a plan of
steps regarding how to proceed -- cross check that it makes sense and
makes the official recommendations published by TSS, the links were
posted earlier.

I noted David did pitch in earlier. And this will save you wasted
time in trail and error.

Keep notes regarding what you do and how. It is quite possible in
the process you'll come up with something previously unexpected.

Good Luck ...
