This is because it is open source software, meaning we include the raw 
code for all the software so that everyone can see it.   Unless you are 
a programer there is likely no need for the disk.

Thank you for chossing YDL 5 for the PS3, this is what I have for my 2 
minute deal, I will try to get to more of the in depth questions later 
this week.
