The etc/X11/X symlink is created by the ydl2 installer and not the X rpms
afaik. So, if you do a manual update to ydl2 you will have to do some
manual labor also. Try linking etc/X11/X to /usr/X11/bin/XFree86 and then
running Xautoconfig4. startx might then work.
