This is a frustrating problem to say the least. I have also had little
luck with gdb, etc. I'm going to try a different kernel version today and
see if that helps things. I'm curious, what kernel version are you
running? I'm looking at a possible kernel bug. Also, do you use an
external USB mouse?
Right, as for now, try running Xpmac. It works fine for me. (and its
included with that SRPM)
