Working on a new kernel with some cleanups.

USB stack has debugging turned on and its going to kern.debug.

Fixed.

package setup-2.0.2-1 (which is newer than setup-1.2-3)
Ya see the note on setuptool. setuptool is now called setup.
setup is now called basecfgs. RH called 2 things setup so I fixed.

> package mouseconfig-4.2-1 (which is newer than mouseconfig-4.0-1a)
4.2 is kudzied, and kudzu does not support USB.

> package modemtool-1.21-6a (which is newer than modemtool-1.21-6)
fixed.

> package gdb-4.18-9 (which is newer than gdb-4.18-4)
Ya, we reverted to an older version due to some problems.

> package basesystem-6.0-4 (which is newer than basesystem-6.0-3)
fixed.
