Aha, the bug is that MOL looks for the file 'nvram_image_nw' rather
than looking up the 'nvram_image_nw' resource in /etc/molrc
and /usr/lib/mol/config/molrc.sys.

I'll fix this bug and upload 0.9.55 tomorrow.

Did you manually send the hangup signal? If not, I'll have to
investigate this. The startmol script sends a HUP signal when the
debugger exits - nothing else should be sending HUPs.
